JOLSHIRI RUNBANGLA HALF MARATHON 2024 is an annual RUNBANGLA Race organized with the intention to inspire people and involve them more in the physical fitness domain. The race will be a regular Half Marathon at a brand-new location. The beautiful Jolshiri Abashon area, Rupganj is a 30-minute drive from Gulshan 2 Circle, a housing society for military officers and managed by the Bangladesh Army. The road communication to the venue is currently moderately good and will improve more by the time our race takes place. Your running track will consist well-connected road network within the gated community with a view full of greens and lakes. This race would be in collaboration with Jolshiri Abashon authority and RUNBANGLA. In RUNBANGLA, we always strive to improve, reorganize, and deliver better to the runners.

Elite Category(14 yrs and above)
Male and Female Champion, 1st and 2nd Runners up will receive attractive prize money.
Professional athletes, regular athletes trained for district teams, athletes from different professional sports organizations, and trained athletes from the Bangladesh Armed Forces (army, navy, airforce) would participate here. They MUST submit an NOC from their respective institutions before participating in the race.
** Male and Female Champion and 1st Runners Up would receive prize money only if at least 10 runners participate in the category. If the number is less than 10, only the champion will receive prize money.
Open Category (14 yrs to 44 Yrs)
Male and Female Champion, 1st and 2nd Runners up will receive attractive prize money.
Age Category (45 yrs to 59 Yrs)
Only the Male and Female champions will receive Prize money.
Age Category (60 Yrs and above)
Only the Male and Female Champion will receive Prize money.

All standard support provided to runners during a running event- will be ensured This is a running event open to all athletes (professionals and amateurs). Please register accordingly.
